Art, music, poetry......

I have discovered a thing about creativity.
I beleive this; true creativity inspires creativity. It is circular, I know. But, a good flu gives others a good flu. Right?
Complexity, expense, the creators fame or past endeavors, history, uniqueness, and originality help design an identity for an item. Yet, none of those truely lend a mote of creativity to any artistic endeavor. Complexity may mean more time spent on any project. But, it does not mean more soul, just more effort. Expense, it is just a fiscal aspect, it only means it will cost me more to buy. The artist's fame or past endeavors, has proven , at times, only to allow the artist to create less inspirational designs. They are riding the wave of a good résumé, to get by on whatever they throw together. History of a piece only gives us a good story to talk about. But, a good story about a drawing doesn't move me to draw. Uniqueness and originality are great virtues to persue. However, there is a definate line between uniqueness or originality, and just plain wierd.
True creativity inspires creativity. If you are moved to write, paint, draw, sing, or feel then great art is at hand. The overwhelming sensation of inspiration is the only true measue of art and beauty.
